For topics involving a specific geographically defined community, it may be useful to include visuals related to that community if the documentary project is a video. Besides the resources for images and other media mentioned in part 2 (such as Wikimedia Commons and Flickr) other websites that have freely licensed images of different communities include:

• Historypin (the license terms for each image vary, but many of them are available under CC licenses)
• Mapillary (a platform that is like Google Street View, but its panoramas are released under the CC-BY-SA license)
• Kartaview (a platform like Google Street View)
